Hi, I'm Myrthe. I started playing around with a camera when I was 4 years old. First it was taking pictures and soon I found the big red filming button too. If my friends came over to my house, they would already know the deal: grab the camera and action!  I love making movies with my friends. In highschool filming and photography took on a more serious form. I always tried to convince my teachers in allowing me to make a movie instead of an essay.  

I have always found that the most imortent thing in life is to keep improving oneself. I really enjoy learning new techniques and exploring new areas. I think it would be amazing to create beautiful things together in a class with like-minded people. I expect that the HKU study will form a good basis for my further development into a good storyteller through film.
